Slow loading? View on Flickr I think I got as much of a workout as the contestants of the 2013 Grand Rapids Urban Adventure held in Rockford, MI. Ok, maybe not; but it was close. From running to biking to canoeing to kayaking, this was a serious competition, and I'm glad I had a chance to be involved in capturing it.
